As someone who has spent the last 6 years jumping back and forth between her teacher and marketer identity, I've come to realize that the two worlds are not so different.

Both are about deeply understanding your audience. Both require you to meet people where they are. And both, at their core, are about inspiring students through communication. That means saying the right thing, to the right person, in a way that actually moves them.

They make students feel something, just like their favourite teacher.
